RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS POLICY
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) to: info@lobstory.eu.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about your order (e.g., you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply no longer want the product), please contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Returns in such cases are considered individually. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
Quality Complaints
If the product received is defective, damaged, or inconsistent with your order, we offer:

To file a quality complaint, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or the estimated delivery date. Please include photos of the product clearly showing the issue.

Return Shipping Returns from the US and Canada should be sent to our fulfillment partner's local return address. Please contact us at info@lobstory.eu before initiating a return to receive the correct return address and instructions.
Return Timeframe You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for products shipped to the US or Canada.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
Refund Processing
